		<description>Hey Charles, I agree - It is always much better to take your own stuff. I travel on the train a lot to visit my fiance. It can be over a 5 hour journey so I always take a lunch box with food in and my own water and flask of tea / coffee. Its much better for the environment and cheaper than purchasing refreshments from on the train or cafes etc at the stations.</description>
